  • By using the Platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we find false information or misuse.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without authorization.
  • Interfere with the Platform’s operations (e.g., introducing viruses, hacking, scraping).
  • Resell or commercially exploit Services without written approval.

4. Payments & Charges

  • Certain Services may be chargeable, and applicable fees will be displayed at the time of booking/purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways; we do not store card/bank details.
  • Operator charges (mobile data, SMS, etc.) are your responsibility.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in specific cases, including:

  • Wrong puja/package/date booked due to technical error.
  • Duplicate bookings/double payments.
  • Service not delivered due to Bhakti Ghar’s fault.
  • Cancellations initiated by Bhakti Ghar.

Refund conditions:

  • Puja/Seva/Chadhava: Refund requests within 7 days.
  • Astrology services: Refund requests within 1 hour of consultation in case of genuine issues.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
  • In some cases, rescheduling will be offered instead of refunds.
  • Certain scenarios (e.g., dissatisfaction with astrology outcome, incorrect user data, late reports) are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, audio, video, graphics, software, and trademarks available on the Platform are the exclusive property of Bhakti Ghar. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

  • The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their practices or content.
  • Astrology and other spiritual consultations may be provided by third-party experts, not employees of Bhakti Ghar.

8. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided on a “best efforts” and “as is” basis.
  • Bhakti Ghar does not guarantee specific outcomes from astrology or spiritual services.
  • We do not provide medical, psychological, or financial advice.
  • Users outside India access the Platform at their own risk and responsibility.
  • Payments are for Services only and do not qualify as donations under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhakti Ghar shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages,
  • Data loss, service interruptions, or delays,
  • Unauthorized access to or misuse of your information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms,
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities,
  • Misuse the Platform.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
